All products from KM DESIGN are delivered digitally. Customers are responsible for printing the files themselves.


2. When will I receive my product?

Products are sent to your email address immediately after the payment has been confirmed.


3. What file format will I receive?

All digital products are delivered in high-quality formats such as PDF, PNG, or JPG, depending on the product type. Specific details are included in the product description.


4. What if I don’t have a printer but want to purchase a product?

If you don’t have a printer, you can take the digital file to your nearest print shop for professional printing services


5. Can I request changes or customizations to a product?

Yes, minor changes or additions can often be made to products upon request. To request a customization:

A small fee of €9.90 applies for this additional service.


6. Can I request a fully custom design?

Yes, KM DESIGN offers custom design services. For fully customized products, email kmdesign2024@gmail.com with your requirements. Pricing will depend on the complexity of the request.


7. What should I do if I didn’t receive the product in my email?

If you haven’t received your product:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Ensure the email address provided during checkout is correct.

8. Are the products compatible with all printers?

Yes, our products are designed to be compatible with most standard home and professional printers. For the best results, we recommend using high-quality printing settings.


9. What if I make a mistake during printing?

You can reprint the product as many times as needed, as long as it is for personal use. We recommend performing a test print before printing in full.


10. What if the file is corrupted or doesn’t open?

11. Can I use the digital product for commercial purposes?

No, all KM DESIGN digital products are for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. For commercial use, please contact us at kmdesign2024@gmail.com to discuss licensing options.


12. Do you offer refunds for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. If a product is defective or flawed, we will fix it and provide a corrected version within three (3) business days of the issue being reported.
